LeadsNavi is a product and service provided by LeadsNavi Pte. Ltd. The privacy of our customers' information is important to us. Whilst our service is primarily a B2B service, we acknowledge that in some instances we may be processing the personal data of individuals (e.g. sole traders or employees within a company). This Privacy Notice describes how LeadsNavi Limited may collect and process your personal data when you access our website leadsnavi.com and any services or features available through the website (the "Website Services"). By accessing and using the Website Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as set out below.

    1.2 Personal Data we collect automatically.

    • Device, network and technical information such as IP / MAC address and other similar device identifiers, your device model, operating system, stack information, data and time stamps of actions and events with the services.

    1.3 Personal Data we collect from other sources.

    In some cases, we may receive information about you from third parties, for example third party payment providers used to process your payments. And Google Workspace APIs will not be used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

    LeadsNavi does not seek to collect any data in relation to EU or UK data subjects' race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation, genetic or biometric data.

  2. How we use Your Personal Data

    We process your personal data to operate, provide and improve our Website Services we provide to you. These purposes include, fulfilling your service requests, processing your payments, troubleshooting and communicating with you.

  3. Grounds for Processing

    Under applicable data protection laws, companies must also have a legal basis for processing your personal data. We will only use your personal data where we have your consent, or we have a lawful basis for processing it. These include:

    • LeadsNavi's legitimate interests: We have a legitimate business interest to process personal data to manage risks to our business including protecting against fraud and conducting "Know your Customer" and similar compliance checks.
    • To comply with legal obligations, for example when you request a copy of your personal data or for our tax, accounting or other similar legal obligations.
    • To perform the services that you have subscribed for or requested.
  4. How we share your Personal Data

    We may share personal data with:

    • Companies affiliated with LeadsNavi Limited.
    • Third-party service providers such as payments processors and cloud service providers.
    • Law enforcement, government and courts, where required to do so by law or in our legitimate interest in compliance with applicable laws.

    Our affiliates, subsidiaries and, in some cases, staff, are located in various countries around the world. Your personal data may be transferred to, and be processed in, these countries, which may be different to the territory in which you reside.
